The location was excellent, and the staff were attentive and courteous. The room 601 I was initially assigned had poor window sealing and was very cold; after I asked for a room change everything was fine. The restaurant menu was very basic and dishes took a long time to arrive. I found the room lighting weak.

The hotel is very well situated, close to Parcão and the Padre Chagas‑Dinarte Ribeiro axis, with all its restaurants, cafés and ice‑cream shops. The facilities and furnishings are modern and functional. Breakfast is varied and tasty. The staff are attentive. The room was small; I couldn't fit a medium suitcase into the luggage space (the one with rails). The shower screen needs maintenance: despite good water pressure and flow, the jets were misaligned.
