How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We were received warmly and well advised. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. I would book the place again immediately. Nothing else.

A quiet spot near the waterfront, perfect for resting. Breakfast at a nearby bar.

We got stuck at CDG after missing our connecting flight and couldn’t check in to Spira Miribalis until the next day. Michele was incredibly accommodating and understood that our schedule had changed; he made sure to be there when we arrived so we could check in. He was very welcoming, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and the AC was excellent—critical during the August heat wave.

Clean structure in an ideal location. The room had a private bathroom that was actually external, which wasn’t mentioned at booking.

Francesco, Michele, and the entire staff were super helpful and friendly, answering all our requests and questions while we explored the area. It felt like home!
