“Excellent stay & hospitality”

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The room was spacious and newly renovated, and the bathroom was spotless. But what truly made my stay stand out was the warm hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, preparing a delicious breakfast spread that was perfect for fueling up for a day of hiking. They also accommodated my request for a flexible breakfast schedule and even allowed me to store my luggage while I was out on a trek.

I recently had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was a highlight of my stay. However, the staff left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I found the reception area to be unattended, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. During checkout, I had to wait for an extended period before someone finally showed up, and to make matters worse, they insisted on cash payment, which resulted in me paying an additional 70 Lari due to their handling of the change.
