The staff were quick to respond and genuinely helpful. When we ran into an issue, they had it sorted out by the next morning. Friendly and kind, they made everything easy.

Mrs. Eugenia was incredibly hospitable and kind, and the place itself is quite spacious. We felt welcome the whole time.

The apartment was really comfortable and pleasant to stay in, but the kitchen could have used a more thorough cleaning. The rest of the place was fine.

The weather in Guarne was great, but the room still had some cleaning supplies left, the trash hadn't been taken out, and we got a call at 7 am about an extra charge.

The whole house was outstanding, and the hosts Maru and Alejo were absolutely wonderful people. Nothing else to complain about.
