The facility had every comfort. The room was clean and detailed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, strategically close to the city center. The breakfast was excellent!

The location in front of the bus stop and beside the cable was great. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. The staff were all very nice. The surroundings were surrounded by the SassoRungo and the Serra mountain range, which was impressive. I could enjoy the sunset and sunrise on the mountainside. I booked the stay the day before, and the staff answered questions quickly and emailed me the bus tickets. Even though it was the day before, I felt reassured. I would have liked a kettle for water and tea.

Everything was flawless: the staff were lovely, the breakfast was tasty, and the huge bathroom was fully equipped. The sofa‑bed in the quadruple room was really very, very uncomfortable, which is a pity since everything else was perfect.
