How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The host was genuinely charming, friendly, and attentive. The place is well‑located for exploring the city on foot and for trips around the area, with easy access to the highway and train station. The private parking was a bonus, and the room was comfortable. We’ll remember this address for future stays in the region.

The location was convenient thanks to efficient buses. Carlo was caring, present, and available. Unfortunately, the shower and bathroom in the room were poorly insulated, and there was a constant damp and mold smell.

The parking was excellent, protected and right next to our room. However, the room and bathroom felt rather cold, and the room equipment was minimal.
