The spot was spot-on, right in the center and easy to reach all the main sights of Sighnaghi. The host was genuinely kind and offered us free wine, and the garden view was lovely. However, the facilities and cleanliness were subpar. Hot water wasn’t always available, the taps were old and barely worked, and the bed felt a bit makeshift. The owners should put more effort into cleaning. Otherwise, the place was almost perfect.

The rooms were clean and cozy, and the location was convenient. The host was a very friendly woman. In the evening we were treated to homemade khachapuri and fruit, and in the morning we were offered chacha. There are three parking spots in a closed courtyard. The view of the forest and natural sounds were nice. A supermarket and pharmacy are a 2‑minute walk from the hotel. For an extra fee you can request a tasty breakfast, and laundry services are available. They also gave us a printed list of places to visit in the city and surrounding area. I recommend strolling down the street where the hotel stands (April 9) to see several interesting buildings and a good view of the valley.

I liked the location—right in the center. Everything from shops to restaurants to attractions is within walking distance. The old house and view were appealing, and despite being in the heart of the town, the place was completely quiet. We slept with the windows and balcony open, enjoying mountain views and only nature sounds. I just wish I could have stayed longer.
