The surroundings were pleasant, with the soothing sound of a waterfall nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was open, clean, and the team there was accommodating. Breakfast offered a decent variety. However, the cleanliness in the birth room left something to be desired, the restaurant food was subpar, the band’s noise seeped into the rooms, and the TV connection in the room was poor.

The location was excellent and the rooms were spacious, as were the grounds. The hotel provided almost every service, and having food available 24 hours a day was appreciated. The beds were so comfortable that the sleep was wonderful. On the downside, the shower setup felt a bit outdated, though it worked fine. The food was somewhat basic but acceptable, and figuring out how to log into the hotel’s Netflix remained a mystery, even though staff mentioned it was prepaid.

The place was very nice and clean, with staff that were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend it for a short break in Mbale.

The hotel’s grounds were nice. I didn’t like the shower curtain in the bathroom, and at breakfast the butter wasn’t readily available.

It was on time plus a variety of fruits, etc. Very good arrangement. Cleanliness in the room would have been better
