It was incredibly peaceful.

I had a great stay, would definitely come back, the room was spotless, fresh sheets and neatly pressed pillowcases. The on‑site restaurant offered good food at fair prices. I liked being able to make coffee by myself in the morning and having a fridge in the room. I’ll return if I’m in the area. When I arrived, there were ants in a corner of the shower, but that can happen in rural spots, especially in the heat. The room smelled clean, no dust at all (which is unusual for rustic brick/stone settings), and it clearly had been prepared to perfection a few hours earlier. Unfortunately, ants can find even a tiny crack (in the shower tray in this case) and get in within minutes. I still say the room was immaculate aside from that incident, which was promptly fixed by the lady with DDT.

The location is surrounded by greenery and close to everything you want to see in the area and the sea. The little ramp at the parking lot needs fixing, but that’s not a major issue or a reason to lower the overall rating.

The room was very clean, had AC, staff were very friendly (no English, so bring a Google translator). The on‑site restaurant only opens in the evenings. The beach is only 5 km away (strong currents, don’t swim too far out). Getting to the property is easy, but watch out for the truly bad and bumpy roads.
