The villa had good facilities, but the staff seemed indifferent and ignored several maintenance issues: I reported peeling tiles—one even fell—and rusty, old kitchen utensils, yet no one addressed them. The villa, once well‑maintained, is now deteriorating. The location is awful for good food or beaches, with a road constantly busy with trucks and cars. Curtains are moldy, and many aspects need improvement. Additionally, the price rises monthly while the standard declines—overall a 3/5 maximum.

I really appreciate the location because it’s off the main street, making it very quiet for a good night’s sleep. The room is spacious, and there’s a dining area, kitchen with fridge, and all the necessary utensils—truly a home away from home. The bathroom is large with a bathtub, though the floor could have been cleaned better.

“Three totally stressful nights which has ruined our health and wounded our soul. Please avoid the villa Wayan no 1”

If it had been maintained for 30 years or more, it could have been excellent, but now it’s not worth a single day’s stay. The entire room and bathroom had an extremely disturbing, old, and dilapidated smell that caused breathing problems and burning eyes. We requested another room, but they entered ours without permission, sprayed a strong air freshener everywhere, and did not resolve the issue.

No one appeared at the check‑in desk for over two hours (we were at the pool, so that wasn’t too bad), even after contacting the office via messenger. They promised twice that someone was on their way to give us access. The absurd part was that they only refunded after the Airbnb hotline intervened. They claimed the refund policy was strict and they couldn’t refund, even though they were at fault for not showing up. Unbelievable attitude and policy—avoid this type of “company.”
