The equipment is fairly well thought out; I’d recommend a shower that separates wet and dry areas in one go. I didn’t like the current curtain shower setup, the floor in the room wasn’t cleaned properly, and there was an inexplicable metal piece on the toilet floor that we stepped on, which hurt a bit.

The accommodation was super comfortable and matched the photos exactly; the host paid close attention to many small details, so I highly recommend it and will definitely return next time I visit Taitung. The only thing that really bothered us was the dog at the alley entrance, whose barking at night was loud enough to disturb our sleep.

I’ll be back for sure! The room’s décor shows the owner’s thoughtful touches, especially the green plants right when you step in, creating a little green oasis. Overall, it’s a strong recommendation.
