How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is good, but if they could fix the cleanliness of the room, this will be a good hotel. The fridge was dirty and messy. Felt and looked dirty, might be due to bedding colour. We had to wait to be checked in, stood by the reception without being explained what we were waiting for. Parking was a bit challenging due to location was in the kubang kerian business center.

Selesa dan bersih berbaloi dengan harga. Yang paling penting berdekatan dengan HUSM, boleh berjalan kaki je nak pergi
