How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Nothing, because I’ve never stayed at this place. I hadn’t read all the reviews carefully, but it had already happened to others and to me. Unfortunately the host never answered my calls, and when I arrived I found no place to sleep. I thank Booking for finding an alternative, but I hope serious measures are taken against this person because it’s unacceptable to treat paying guests this way.

This booking is a scam. When we arrived, the house and rooms were already occupied by other guests, and we were left without a place to stay. We had to book new accommodation last minute because they didn’t properly vet their properties, and we received no help in finding, securing, or paying for alternatives. Customer service on the phone was rude, and two representatives hung up on me when I asked for a resolution.

Andarmene via! On arrival day the host texted that he would change the accommodation without a valid reason, offering something completely different from what I booked—a search escape room. I had booked a private bathroom room, but it turned out to be shared, dirty and dilapidated (half a roll of toilet paper soaked in urine). The room lock wouldn’t close. The room was filthy. The neighborhood was not recommended. Other rooms housed people in alcohol and drug rehabilitation programs. After four calls the owner replied and even called me “PAZZA” because it was not true that I had booked a private bathroom. Needless to say we fled and had to pay for another place, which was not cheap. I didn’t even have the courage to take photos because we left in a panic, terrified.
