“Beautiful Resort”
We had a wonderful stay! The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained, and we felt very safe with the gated 24/7 security (they securely hold an ID at check‑in). Check‑in was smooth thanks to the 24‑hour service, and our rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully lit. We loved the pool area and the adjacent bar—the Coco Locos were fantastic! We were in town for a wedding, and the staff did an incredible job creating a great atmosphere for all the guests. Even though our stay was brief, we really enjoyed our time here. The only minor hiccup was that the main central restaurant near the pool was closed for renovations after storm damage, so the staff had to bring food all the way from the back banquet hall to the pool area, which made service a bit slower and the food arrived cold. Still, the staff worked hard under the circumstances, and it looks like the resort is actively fixing up the space!

The apartment was pretty, clean, and had everything we needed. However, the glass door didn’t work and there was no security. The facilities are in bad shape and the overall experience offered on site was poor; we had to leave because everything was super expensive and the quality of both food and drinks was bad. We also didn’t receive good service from the staff. The hotel needs a lot of renovation to provide an excellent experience relative to the price. They should update their photos because many things no longer exist or are in bad condition.
