“No cumple con nada de lo que dice la descripción”
I rented two rooms but there was only one in the house. The description says each room has a king‑size bed, a double, and a single, yet there is only one bed in the entire place. There is only one extra sofa bed and armchairs, which isn’t what the description promises. How can I pay for two rooms when there is only one room in the house? And how can they promise six beds when there is only one in the whole house? There is no reason to promise something so different from reality. The pool is unusable because the water is extremely cloudy. It is promised that the rooms (which we already said is just one) have air conditioning, and there is none. I could say more, but everything boils down to nothing in the description being fulfilled at all. It doesn’t bother me that a house isn’t in the best condition, but it does bother me that the description promises things that are not met in any way.
