“Nel bel mezzo della natura”
The room is very large and welcoming, with a bathroom that has a window and a top‑quality mosquito net. Having a net on the sliding door was a bonus because it let us ventilate the room without insects getting in. The bed was truly comfortable, and the sofa bed was another plus that made the space even more enjoyable. Breakfast included excellent cakes made on site and some savory options. The property is a bit spread out among the fields, with some narrow paths that aren’t very well marked, and there are no streetlights at night, but we’re in nature, so just be careful where you walk. We tried to open the outdoor umbrella, but it was full of wasps. Expect to be close to nature. There is an on‑site restaurant, but before you trust it, ask if it’s actually open; in August, they told us it was closed for the entire month.

The location was good. The room had a lot of mosquitoes.
The location is wonderful, surrounded by sunflower fields, and convenient for both the sea and Grosseto. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The staff are extremely kind and attentive, and the kitchen is excellent, offering a tasty breakfast made from their own produce. It’s very family‑friendly.
“Top et un super compromis entre campagne et plages hyper proches !”
It’s located in the middle of nowhere yet close to everything, and the welcome was friendly. The only possible downside is occasional airplane noise.
