The building was clean, welcoming, and in an ideal spot, with great breakfast and excellent price‑quality. The staff were very friendly. One thing that could be improved: every day they hand out bottled mineral water in the room, but they never state the price or say whether it’s included. The cost should always be displayed or mentioned verbally for any extra charge.
The place was clean, comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was good.
“Grat value stay in a most beautuful and comfortable setting”
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the building was beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.
“Bon hôtel, mais le vol de mes effets personnels au cours de mon séjour est rédhibitoire”
The location was good, the price‑quality ratio was decent, and the place stayed clean. I did have a problem with security: my jewelry got stolen while staying at the hotel. I didn’t put them in the safe, they were just in my suitcase, which was searched. The parking was also an issue because there were more badges issued than parking spots available.
“Peccato per la reception!”
The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent and the breakfast was fabulous. The dining staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was magnificent. The prices were too high compared to the local average for a building that has never been renovated. In addition to noticeable damage from moisture and the resulting mold on the ceiling (which could be toxic according to WHO data), the main problem was the reception: rude, lazy, and absent. I had to ask three times, to three different people, to book the QC spa (you have to do it at the hotel because there’s a 10% discount). They asked for payment a week in advance, even though I had booked a room with free cancellation. At check‑out, besides the tourist tax, they charged me for the water in the fridge, for which no price was listed (the consumption code says that the price of goods sold must always be displayed). The subsequent charge was made on unspecified criteria and was very unfair. When I complained, they replied, “well, we pay the electricity.” That’s probably why the night before departure they cut the power and we left with a dead phone.
