“Die Seele von Shōdoshima”
Miyaさん proved to be an exceptional host, going out of her way to satisfy every request and making us feel like part of her family; her love for Shōdoshima shines through, and she even gave me restaurant recommendations and secured a reservation for me. Although the ryokan is housed in an older building, everything was spotless and well‑maintained, and on my departure day she escorted me to the nearby harbor and saw me off. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to Shōdoshima.またね！
