The hotel sits on a quieter part of the island, so you might feel a little isolated, but the property and the staff are helpful. Driving around Nusa Penida is safer, so staying here isn’t an issue. The pool was clean, we skipped breakfast, and the rooms were tidy. All good.

We arrived to a pitiful reception, with no introduction or explanation of the hotel’s operations (breakfast, etc.). We asked to rent a scooter; it was ready in less than 5 minutes, but the keys were handed over without any price information. The staff were absent, forcing us to search the hotel to fix a hot‑water issue. The technician supposedly left to repair it but never returned. We left the same evening. The room door jammed halfway, making it impossible to open fully. The hotel lacks essential equipment.
