“Idealiai!”

If I could rate it, I would give it 11 out of 10 for cleanliness. Ideal! A 10‑star mini‑hotel. The host, Fabijo, is friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Coffee or tea in the morning is very important and it is available. We received all the information we wanted and more. We arrived an hour earlier than scheduled and had to wait only 15 minutes before the host greeted us. We found the location easily, even though we were traveling by public transport and it was our first time in Rome. It seemed like an ideal spot for a few nights. A large park nearby made it quiet, peaceful, and the conditioner worked. The location was convenient enough. The bus left just after the A metro, two stops away, or a 15‑20 minute walk. In the evening, after returning from the city, small shops, cafés, and bars were still open if anything was missing. If we ever go to Rome again, we won’t look elsewhere.

“A nice comfortable stay in Rome, near the Vatican.”

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. They also let you use the shared kitchen, which had an espresso/coffee machine, pods, cups, plates, and a shared fridge. Fabio checked us in late because we missed our connecting train and didn’t arrive until nearly 10:30 pm. He explained everything to us and gave several recommendations for places to visit and eat. Since we didn’t have a car, he mapped out the bus routes for us, which we appreciated. At first we were a bit disappointed with the location, far from the city center, but it turned out to be an easy bus ride to many spots, including Vatican City, Pizza Navona, and Trastevere. We enjoyed our stay very much. Fabio also arranged our early‑morning taxi for departure. He was very helpful and accommodating.

“Clean, convenient and comfortable for a short stay”

Getting to Termini took half an hour by metro, and the same by bus to Vatican, Colosseum, etc. Restaurants and cafés were within walking distance. The place was quiet and very clean, and it was nice not to be surrounded by tourists all the time. Local restaurants were authentic, especially Fermento Bistrò and Café Belsito. The room was large and comfortable, and the coffee machine made decent espresso. A laundry facility in a shopfront of the building was handy and efficient. I liked having the room tidied daily and fresh towels. The shared kitchen, dining table, and other common areas weren’t very usable. It felt more like a hotel room that you usually try to avoid, especially as a couple, because you seemed to intrude on someone else’s space and the bedroom doors opened into that area, and there was nowhere comfortable to sit.
