The location of the hotel is great. The staff in the breakfast room were very kind and helpful. I had booked two rooms. Mine was fine, except for some minor problems like the reading lamps and one power socket not working. The room however felt tired and needs updating. The room assigned to my travelling companion was poor. That’s room 201. There was no hanging closets, the hair dryer was faulty for example. She also reported that the bed may have midges. Your staff were very good about checking this out and changing her room. She was happier with the new room, as it is an updated room
