Breakfasts were very tasty, the room and the hotel were clean, and the location is good. We received a room that didn’t match what we paid for—especially since we specifically paid extra for a better view. The front desk said it was a booking mistake, but the room is small, the sofa for children is spread out and leaves no space, there’s no room to lay clothes, and the wardrobe is very tiny.

The hotel’s location is good, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the stay was generally pleasant. However, a major billing error after checkout ruined the experience: our two rooms were already prepaid, yet the hotel charged our personal credit cards. They eventually admitted the mistake and refunded the wrong charges, but because the refunds used different exchange rates, I lost a substantial amount out of pocket. I spent about 2½ hours on the phone trying to sort it out and have yet to hear back from management about the remaining loss. I hope they will resolve this final issue.

The rooms were a decent size. (1) Although cute and trendy. the shower half shower door with shower curtain did not keep the water in the shower. The shower curtain is too porous or short. I had to request three floor mats. (2) No ventilation in the bathroom

The central location is unbeatable, the rooms are fine, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast restaurant feels a bit cramped for the number of rooms, and during busy times it’s hard to find a seat.
