“Deixou muito a desejar”
The spot was handy, right next to the Arena, which was exactly why I chose it, and the coffee was passable. They did offer coffee in the room, which wasn’t a deal‑breaker, though the portions were tiny. I hadn’t expected a five‑star property because I was trying to save money, but the place felt more like a shabby motel. I stayed two nights, never saw fresh towels – the ones provided were worn and stained – and the staff were grumpy and intolerant.
“Péssima”
The location and staff were the positives. The downside was having to climb a lot of stairs with luggage, the rooms had a strong cigarette smell, the bathroom was poorly cleaned, the towels and sheets were dirty, the fan was noisy, and it didn’t match the price.
The room size and shower were good. The fan could have been louder.
The location was fine. But it feels like a motel—this place shouldn’t even be listed.
Being just a 12‑minute walk from the Arena Fonte Nova was perfect, and there’s a restaurant right across the street that serves lunch with a “10” level of seasoning. I arrived before the official check‑in time, yet the staff were very helpful and let me settle in even though check‑in isn’t until 14:00. The location is great and the price‑performance ratio is solid thanks to where it sits.
