Great hosts, very friendly and helpful. Having oat milk in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast offered a good selection, was well cooked, and very tasty.

We really enjoyed our stay. Good location for us going to a wedding at Lama tree gardens Kim and Richard were so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great with a good choice and was able to cater for gluten free and cows milk free allergy. Outside noise was a minimum after 10.30

The staff were exceptional, the rooms were immaculately clean, and it was excellent value for money, though the rooms were a little tired despite being well‑decorated and very clean.

The beds and shower/bathroom facilities are good. The hospitality is friendly, staff are welcoming, and the meals are good. However, the bar had dusty lamb shade’s and the cutlery was dirty.
