They assigned me room #106 outside the Cineholiday complex with a defective door lock 😕. Even though I was a Genius Booking level guest, every time I entered I had to ask for assistance to open it because it was really faulty; it risked breaking the old key, and the door knob could detach from the main door. The door wasn’t fully secure. Being in Naples city centre, I didn’t feel safe since the room was outside the Cineholiday structure, which has a small reception with a secure door. The only bright spot was the breakfast at the local restaurant.

The hotel’s location is great, everything is close by, the breakfast is excellent and the staff are helpful, the room is always clean, the bathroom is spacious and modern, the balcony faces the courtyard where it’s quieter for sleeping, 24‑hour reception is a priority, the hotel includes a family pizzeria which I didn’t visit because I’m gluten‑allergic, but I’m convinced it’s excellent! The only downside is that it’s a small place and I missed a classic bedside lamp; the halogen light was more amusing, so I’d suggest improving the room’s furnishings, including the mattress and a sturdy nightstand.

“Welcoming hotel near to the main railway station”

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I’d also recommend eating at Nonna Anna’s restaurant below for wholesome food. The room was spacious and quirky. The location is excellent. The only downside is that there are stairs to the rooms, though a lift is also available.
