Everything feels authentic and you get a sense of stepping back in time; it’s close to the university and there are a few tavernas and cafés nearby. Annie is extremely helpful and organizes everything you need, so I’ll definitely come again.

The location is quiet and pleasant, the hostess is wonderful, the conditions and surroundings are good, and the place has a unique atmosphere. I didn’t find any missing elements; everything met my expectations.

I was blown away the moment I opened the door – the place is stunning. Annie greeted us warmly and made everything feel easy; the location is spot‑on for exploring Nicosia. We got a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom, and the shared areas, especially the kitchen, were clean and fully stocked. The vibe was quiet yet sociable, so it was a flawless stay and I’d definitely book again.

The spot is right where you want to be, making it easy to get around. The only downside was that checkout was scheduled unusually early, which was a bit inconvenient.

I spent six nights here in June and would tell anyone heading to Nicosia to give it a try. Annie, the owner, is incredibly friendly and makes you feel at home right away. The house itself is a classic Cypriot home full of charm, with roomy, tidy rooms and plenty of shared spaces like a courtyard, a well‑stocked kitchen and a lovely garden. The Wi‑Fi was solid everywhere, which helped me work remotely, and the neighbourhood is quiet yet only a short 15‑20 minute walk to the centre.
