The “owners” were only reachable via messages, never seen, even though there were shortcomings and problems! The triple room was small. The sink consisted of a tiny basin… with inevitable water spillage, and then a shower from which water leaked and a fridge that was leaking water… Noise from the nearby intersection and more.

The place was a total letdown for us. The owner knew we were arriving with a little baby, yet she never warned us that a night construction site was right outside the accommodation. On top of that, the windows are a disaster – you hear every single noise from outside as if you were sleeping on the street. The construction noise started at 21:00 and kept going until 02:00. Having a baby in the room under those conditions was pure nightmare; sleep was impossible. I can’t understand how a host would knowingly let parents with a baby into such a situation. When we mentioned it that same evening, she showed no understanding or sympathy, dismissed the issue, and then shut up. After that sleepless night we packed up the next morning and checked out on time. Even though we only stayed one night and couldn’t use the second, the owner stubbornly refuses to refund us for the second night. She keeps our money for a service we couldn’t use because of her fault. This has nothing to do with “Luxury” or hospitality – it’s simply audacious.
