I had a room at the back, so street noise was minimal. The staff were friendly and German‑speaking, and the breakfast was good. The location was convenient between the city center and the beach, and beach mats and umbrellas were available. Unfortunately, the side rooms were a bit echo‑prone, and the garden was poorly maintained.

The property is comfortable, has an excellent location and private parking. The personalized check‑in and the warm welcome from Mrs Loredana were fantastic, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

The place sits on Budoni’s main street, just a 5‑minute walk to the night market and various restaurants and cafés, and it’s not far from the beach. A supermarket is right in front of the property, which is handy. The staff were very nice, responsive, and flexible, swapping our old mattress for a new comfortable one after we mentioned it. The common area is a plus for having breakfast and dining. The description said it had a sea view, but that wasn’t true. Soundproofing was weak and the air‑con was a bit loud. I’d suggest adding eggs and cheese to the breakfast.
