We had a frustrating experience with the check-in process. The price listed on the website was way off, and we were initially quoted 1500/- for a room that was supposed to cost 1200/-. After a long wait of over an hour, they finally agreed to honor the original price, but not before making us cancel our online booking and pay offline. We finally checked in at 3 PM, exhausted from the ordeal.
