The spot was great and the staff on the lower level were super helpful, but the front desk felt more like a business office than a place that cares about guests. There weren’t enough bathrooms in the huge common areas, and they wouldn’t relocate our room closer to where our family was staying, even though they had said they would.

The beach at this resort was truly spectacular and completely free of seaweed, which made it perfect for my son to enjoy. He had an absolute blast. To be honest, I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay.

I had an incredible time at this resort, thanks to the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. They knew us by name and even played games with our kids. The variety of included activities, such as snorkeling and skiing, was impressive, and the location was perfect for families. The nightly entertainment for kids was also a highlight.

I was truly impressed by the exceptional dining experience at the Venetian restaurant, but unfortunately, the overall value for money was extremely poor. The service from the staff was inconsistent and often unacceptable, with the self-service buffet being a particular letdown due to the subpar food quality. My room was also disappointingly small and in need of renovation. Despite this, the Venetian restaurant stood out as a shining gem in an otherwise underwhelming experience.
