The only positive point is that it's cheap. The hotel is reasonable. The double beds are very small, the bathroom is bad (poor ventilation, shower doors don't close well). Very bad for four people in the same room. The beds are also bad, not very pleasant.

All the basics were there for our one‑night stay. We had a hot shower and comfy beds. The room was clean and there was enough parking for three cars without any trouble.
