When I tried to order dinner on 25 Sept 26, the front office told me the restaurant was closed because it had been sealed by FSSAI after a raid, so no food was available; heavy rain was also preventing any vendor partner from delivering, and the staff never notified guests in a timely way so we couldn’t find an alternative. The team at Pristine Hotel performed very poorly.
