The room was nice, but the photos over‑promised. Getting into the room was slow and frustrating because the lock‑box code was wrong. They fixed it the next day and called me several times even though I’d already stayed and had already spent time trying to get in. The walls are paper‑thin, so you can hear every other guest and it’s very noisy in the morning.

A fantastic hotel right on the seafront in Roker with great sea views. The room was comfortable with good facilities, breakfast options were solid, and they had storage for our bicycles!

The spot right on the sea front has stunning views, and you’re just a walk from the Stadium of Light, the town centre, and Seaburn metro station; the interior looks gorgeous and breakfast was lovely—definitely coming back. :)
