I was really disappointed with my stay in Room #6 - the bathroom was plagued with mold and the entire room had a strong, musty smell that was really off-putting. It was clear that the room needed some attention to detail to get rid of the mold and freshen up the air. Overall, it was a letdown.

“Mal servicio”

I was left disappointed when I arrived at the hotel, only to be told that they didn't have a room available for me and had cancelled my reservation. This happened just hours before I was supposed to check in and store my luggage, which was a huge inconvenience. The service I received was subpar, to say the least.

I appreciated the friendly staff who helped me with my luggage, both when I arrived and when I left. The hotel is also conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport, although it can take up to 25 minutes during rush hour. However, I was disappointed with the lack of amenities, including no access to treated water, except for a small 355ml bottle provided upon arrival. The bathroom was also not well-prepared, and there were no nearby restaurants or microwaves to heat up food.

“HORRIBLE, NO RESERVEN EN HOTEL MAR CARIBE”

My stay at this hotel was a disaster from the start. They cancelled my room reservation just two hours before check-in time, leaving my family and me stranded. The hotel claimed that the booking platform was responsible, but the platform said it was the hotel's responsibility. It was a confusing and frustrating situation, and the hotel's lack of professionalism was evident.

“Para una noche solamente y sin expectativas”

I didn't expect luxury, but I was still a bit disappointed with the condition of the bedding and pillows, which were quite worn out. Additionally, I was disturbed by the housekeeping staff who arrived at 5:30/6 am with loud music playing on her phone, which made it hard for me to sleep.
