OYO The Baltimore Hotel

“I was scared from the reviews I read however, it was not bad. It was clean and fair not whoa”

I didn’t dislike it; it was just there. The old building is livable, but it needs refurbishing in the hallways and rooms. The lady told me they were working on it.

“Terrible hotel”

The double bed was large and the location was 1.2 miles from Middlesborough train station. Free parking was available, and there were yogurts and juice. The hot breakfast was cold, and only white bread was offered for toast. A breaker box was in the room—what if the power fails while I’m sleeping? Shelves were coming off the wall, the TV was wonky, and curtains were falling off the rails. I couldn’t locate my booking even though I had proof, and I had to wait 30 minutes to check in. The restaurant was only open on Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Rooms were not clean; for example, there was hair on the bathroom floor.

There was no spoon for tea or coffee in the room.

The staff were friendly and the bed was big. The room was clean and the shower worked well, but everything could use a little refresh.

“Good for the money, would use again if up for the match”

We stayed for one night just to watch football, and everything met our expectations for the price we paid. No complaints.
