The accommodations were very nice, with extras like lotion, a toothbrush, and toothpaste, and the location was beautiful; we just wish we’d stayed longer. The staff were wonderful, responding very quickly when we needed something, and there was nothing negative.

We never checked in and were disappointed; after a long drive we found the place nothing like it was shown on the site—pictures prove the deplorable conditions. When a man came out of one of the rooms we started to leave and he asked if we wanted a room, but we said no thanks. We could see through some windows and rooms were full of junk; the reviews and pictures on the booking site were completely false. We tried to get satisfaction through the site with no luck and are demanding a refund. I’ve used your site many times, always been pleased, but I may not use it again.

The hotel has been exceptionally well reimagined from a plain road motel into a charming, quirky place to stay, with pleasant communal hangouts, nice fixtures and furniture in the rooms, and a positive vibe throughout—nothing to dislike.
