Fantastic location, a friendly family who can arrange snorkeling and anything else you need, and all meals are provided – what a bargain! The room without air‑conditioning was extremely hot.

“Sunset, snorkeling et convivialité”

Seaside location, very (too) generous meals served on a large family table, ideal for getting to know other guests. The owners are reliable for organising snorkeling trips or transfers to Manado. We were lucky to sleep in an air‑conditioned room, but unlucky to catch a virus that might be spread by the AC filters.

“Only for backpackers, zero comfort”

The family was very friendly and helped with everything, even arranging tours like dolphin spotting, snorkeling with turtles, and a trip to Siladen Island – absolutely amazing! The AC and Wi‑Fi worked great. However, we couldn’t sleep through the night because the bed felt as hard as wood and the pillows were just as firm. The neighborhood is full of dogs that bark all night, and you can hear everyone in the homestay talking or walking around, which made it impossible to rest.

We stayed in a brand‑new room that had a fan and air‑conditioning. The bed was a bit hard. The bathroom was separate with an Italian‑style shower. The common living areas were large, where we ate with water, coffee, and tea. The meals were excellent, plentiful, and varied. Elmy was always there to help, and you could organize various excursions. Snorkeling is possible from the beach at high tide.

“僕の旅史上最高の宿の一つ。”

はじめ部屋を見た時、「この部屋で40万rpはちょっと高いなぁ…まぁ離島だから仕方ないか…」と思ったのですが、それは大きな間違いでした。 毎日3食、必ずメニューを変えて出される食事の豪華さ。一体どうやってこれだけの量、食材、味付けを用意しているのか。むしろ赤字になるのではないかと心配になるほど豪華なものでした。 オーナーのHelmiさんは紳士的で押し付けがましくなく、しかしこちらの要望に誠実に応えて下さる方でした。本当に家族のようにもてなして下さいます。 確かに部屋は暑すぎて日中はいられない。シャワーもほぼ海水（髪の毛がガビガビになる）だが、そんなことを遥かに超える居心地の良さがこの宿にはあります。. とても暑い。そしてシャワーがほぼ海水。 しかしそれが嫌ならそもそもブナケン島に行くべきではない。
