Optimal location. The two rooms need maintenance: the floor is stripped, the bed structure is damaged, and especially the blinds in room 305 were unclear whether they were "dirty" or damaged or moldy, still needs fixing. Cleaning could be improved.

The spot was great, a quiet neighborhood with cafés, restaurants, and shops right on the block, close to Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. The room was modern and the bed was comfy. The shower only had a half‑pane screen, the other half a plastic curtain that didn’t reach the floor, so the floor got a little wet. There was no proper wardrobe—just a small space behind the door.

The place was well situated, the room was spacious and the mattress was comfortable. However, there was no hot water for a shower and the shower tray was broken.
