“I was not happy”

I found my stay to be just okay, with the staff being a bit unfriendly, which brought down my overall experience. Despite this, I didn't have any major complaints. The hotel's average qualities matched my expectations, but I wished for a warmer welcome. Overall, it was an alright place to stay.

I wish I had been informed about the GST charges when I booked my stay, as it was a bit of a surprise later on. On the downside, I felt that the room was a bit small considering the price I paid. “very good accomdation, will try again”
