A huge apartment on the 38th floor with a direct sea view met every promise in the listing; the standard was high, the view fantastic, and the room spotless and well-equipped with a fully stocked kitchen. Communication with the manager was smooth, with no complaints about responsiveness, and the location was unbeatable for anyone wanting to sleep in a skyscraper right by the ocean. There were six elevators, all working normally, and the wait times were very short. The price was attractive and modest for such a property, leaving me thrilled with the stay. I have no further comments—everything exceeded my expectations.

One word: amazing. We were extremely satisfied. Two years ago we stayed in another Orbinn building that was a disaster, but trusting the reviews we chose Orbinn again and it turned out great. The hotel, the management—everything is excellent. There is nothing we didn’t like.

“السكن في باتومي”

Everything was beautiful – the apartment was impeccably clean, had a toilet, and the check‑in/check‑out process was easy. It’s one of the best options for living in Batumi, a two‑bedroom apartment with a living room; I recommend staying here and will do so again on my next visit. Thanks to the wonderful staff; the location is great and close to everything. The only negative is the heavy crowd at the elevator and the long waiting time.
