When I arrived, the hot water was off, hair was stuck in the shower drain and the sink drain, and a foul odor came from water trapped under the floor tiles because the washing machine had no proper drainage; the shower water also leaked under the tiles due to design flaws. The TV offered no local channels and could only be used as a computer monitor for YouTube or Netflix, which is redundant with a phone. There were no toiletries, the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, and the staff frequently routed messages through an unrelated person instead of speaking to me directly; asking for the Wi‑Fi password felt like a chore.
