“Unfortunately I had to cancel my stay as it didn’t feel comfortable at all.”

Breakfast wasn’t offered, the room was overheated because the windows wouldn’t open and there was no fan, the linen on the bed was stained, the welcome was off, and the parking lot was in bad repair.
