“Arrogant + Unprofessional”
Nothing. Shri Shakti Express arrives around 6-6.30AM from Delhi to SVDK Katra railway station. We reached this hotel named The Amore. We woke up the boy at the reception. We arrogantly ask us for the IDs. We handed over him the our Aadhars. He asked us to pay 35% extra of our total booking amount (two days booking) as we reached the hotel before the check-in time. I agreed to pay 35% extra of the first day tarrif amount as we were using extra hours for that days only. When I asked him the reason of paying extra 35% of 2 days tariff, he asked my wife to cancel the booking from the app, get the booking directly over the counter and he will waive off the extra amount. Listening this, we moved out of the property
