“Will probably choose a different property next time”
The public areas look beautiful. The room was nicely decorated and the bed comfortable. We asked for an upgrade and got a room with a terrace, which was nice. The bathroom was awful – the sink was tiny, the towel bars were mounted too close to the toilet, the shower temperature was hard to adjust, and the double doors were ridiculous.

Close to the center, good gym and pool. On the back street the area is a disaster zone with fentanyl and other drugs everywhere; you won’t see it if you enter through the main gate.
The rooms were fantastic, the breakfast was delicious, and any problems were resolved quickly and efficiently.
The location was good. The check‑in wait was too long.
The view was great and I was able to check in early, which made the whole experience smooth.
