“Für einen Kurztripp in Ordnung”
The location is excellent and the breakfast is very good, and the rooms look nice. The hotel was very empty because the summer season ended immediately after we left and the hotel closed. That’s not a big deal, but there was no bar, the sauna was supposedly broken, which is a pity and a bit annoying for a hotel of this category.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served half an hour early because we had to leave the hotel very early for schedule reasons. The bed was a disaster – the mattress was sagging and the slatted frame creaked with every movement – overall the room felt worn and gave off a cramped vibe. The room’s location caused it to heat up from the sun, and in the evening it was warm and the air was uncomfortably stuffy. Some guests in the building were also unpleasant and disruptive, chatting loudly and cheerfully in the glazed stairwell until 02:30 am. I had to choose between the sticky warm air or the noisy, lively atmosphere.

“Urlaub”
A great hotel right in the city center, the breakfast is fantastic – I can’t think of a better one. Everything you could wish for is available, the rooms are a matter of taste but I love the abundance of wood. The staff are helpful, the rooms are clean, the hotel is charming. As a final touch, they offer a drink or a spice as a gift – where can you get that?
