The room was very spacious and the bathroom was bright and modern. You could make coffee and tea at any time. There was a lift that could be used for 10 ct. The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay right on the edge of the Centro Storico, within walking distance of Garibaldi station and Quartieri Spagnola. The building is very beautiful, as is the room, and everything is easily accessible. There was a smell coming from the bathroom; they cleaned it more thoroughly during our stay, but I guess this could have been done before we arrived.

I liked the location, close to the centre, and the room was modern and clean, but the building had a strong smell of bathroom waste.

The hotel was clean, but it was hard to find and the staff were not easy to communicate with; the area wasn’t great and the free coffee was minimal.

The location was good, the rooms were sweet, everything needed was in the room, the air‑conditioning was great, and check‑in was easy. When I arrived and tried to use the toilet, I had to clean it myself because it wasn’t even wiped down and the previous guest hadn’t flushed; I had to scrub dried poop from another person, which was unbelievably disgusting. The reception was already closed when I got there, so I couldn’t complain right away. I’d never experienced such a terrible cleaning lapse. The man at reception barely spoke English, which was annoying. The reception hours were unclear, and it would have cost extra to store our luggage for a few hours until our flight, which irritated me and didn’t reflect good service.
