The location and views were lovely, but nobody greeted me at reception at check‑in time, there was hair on the shower wall, I was placed in a room above the restaurant where people were smoking and talking outside the window until 11 pm, and a bright light kept shining directly into the room until 11 pm, lighting up the whole space.

The location was fine, but there was no lift, no cooking facilities, and the building overall needs a full renovation
