The location was spot‑on for what we needed, and we usually hang out at that end of the strip. The reception team were very helpful and friendly. The hotel looked modern and stayed spotless. I liked the good shower in the room, the bed was comfy, and the maid came every day.

The room and location were great, and the reception staff were especially helpful. However, the air conditioning leaked at night, drenching some of our clothes on the sofa. Cups and the balcony weren’t cleaned daily, and hair (clearly not ours, judging by its colour) stayed in the bidet the whole time. One sliding shower door was missing a knob, and the over‑shower head was loose and wobbled. Breakfast was mediocre; none of the fruit was ripe, and the chef who cooked the eggs/omelette was absent for long stretches, so those items disappeared. Evening meals were disappointing unless you’re into just salad, and the kitchen needs to step up.

The apartment was lovely with a wrap‑around balcony, but I couldn’t lock the patio door even though it was on the 10th floor.
