Location. Smells musty, carpets was dirty, They had to move us. no ice machine on 6,78,9 floors. No chair for the balcony for an oceanfront view room

“Location was good but would not stay here again due to the issues we experienced.”

The location was convenient and the extra parking behind the hotel helped with overflow. However, a maintenance worker with a master key slipped into our room without any warning while we were inside; they only introduced themselves as hotel staff after we approached. Another issue: we had confirmed a 1:00 check‑out with the front desk, went to the beach, and returned at 11:30 to find housekeeping already in our room preparing it for the next guest, with our remaining items moved to the hallway outside. Housekeeping asked why the front desk hadn’t informed them.

Staff was excellent. Their were holes in the couch 2 big holes, water pressure was low, and cracks in the bathroom wall

“I’ve been five years every year on this hotel, but I’m another happens this year. They don’t assist”

Customer service and management were aggressively unhelpful and unresponsive to our concerns, especially the manager. The location was also a drawback.
