“We loved this Inn & the welcome we received. A bed & breakfast feel while providing plenty of privacy. Lots of c”
The location is perfect, within walking distance of many charming shops, eateries, and the shore. The staff were super friendly, and Ashley made us feel like family ☺️. Every morning, breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. The rooftop terrace was a sweet spot to end the day. We were there after the busy season, so on‑street parking wasn’t as much of a challenge as it can be. Just something to be prepared for when booking anywhere in Ocean Grove.
“Cute, quiet, perfect for overnight stay!”
Ashley was a treasure—super knowledgeable and always ready to help, even carrying our luggage to the room. The house looks great, and the common areas are so cute. Being only a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach meant we could leave stuff in the car and walk back and forth. The beds were comfy and the room stayed cool all night. The overnight entry system felt a bit insecure; a more controlled setup would give better peace of mind. The shower made a loud screech after a few minutes, making it hard to shower quietly while others slept. A towel hook near the shower would also be handy, as there was no convenient spot to hang a towel.
“Location! Location! Location!”
The location was unbeatable—easy walk to the beach and street parking right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was top notch, and Ashley was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room (Tuscan) turned out smaller than it looked; you have to ask for sheets for the fold‑out couch. We were confused at first when our paid reservation was suddenly cancelled (who did that???) but Liz was very helpful in clearing it up and getting it reinstated. We had no towels on the first night and used the wet beach towels we brought; there weren’t enough hooks to hang wet beach towels.
It’s a nice old house in a great spot. Breakfast was good and the staff were wonderful. The price was high; we could have saved money if we had paid attention to booking options.
“Relaxing, enjoyable, clean and friendly staff.”
Breakfast was fantastic with two options and quick service; the staff was ready to grant any request, like an extra muffin. Dining outdoors, we could watch the bunnies and relax while enjoying our meal. Nothing was perfect, but OG Inn was close; adding more outlets for charging would help.
